No living thing is allowed to reside in the vehicle while we perform the smog inspection.  Insurance and state regulations do not allow any exceptions to this rule.  Thank you for your understanding.

On rainy days smog inspections take longer because we have to dry the tires on the vehicle.  Rainy days can be great testing days for those vehicles with cooling system issues or NOX issues.

The State of California Air Resources Board approves or denies all aftermarket parts.  We are required to verify all aftermarket parts are approved by the ARB.  The ARB constantly makes changes to the regulation regarding aftermarket parts.

Many modifications are legal.  We understand a lot of people have had problems getting there vehicle to pass the smog inspection.  We are happy to review all of your options regarding any modification.

As we welcome spring please keep in mind your cooling system plays a vital role in controlling air pollution.  Your vehicles cooling system also prevents your engine from overheating and costly repairs.  An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

The smog Check program is always changing.  What may have been legal for your last smog check may no longer be legal.  If you provide as much paper work or information on your modification we will research and try and find any helpful information.
